Q1. Can children participate in the Electric Potter’s Wheel course?

The electric wheel requires delicate control. It may be difficult for children of elementary school age or younger. Please consult with us in advance if you wish for your child to participate.

Q2. What should I wear?

・Clothing: We recommend comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a little dirty. The electric wheel may splash clay onto your feet or pants.
・Avoid: Please avoid wearing skirts or long artificial nails, as they make pottery-making difficult.
・What to bring: It is convenient to bring your own towel.

Q3. When will my finished piece be delivered?

The firing process typically takes about 8 to 12 weeks. Please note that it may take longer during busy seasons or depending on the kiln’s condition.

Q4. Can I get my piece sooner? (Express Service)

If you are in a hurry for a gift or a travel memory, we offer an Express Service for an additional fee. Please consult us during booking or via our inquiry form.

Q5. Can I book for a group of 6 or more?

Yes, groups are welcome! However, since we need to adjust seating and scheduling, please contact us via the inquiry form in advance.
Special Note for Electric Potter’s Wheel:
The booking form allows up to 6 people, but for the Electric Potter’s Wheel only, please contact us via the inquiry form before booking if your group is 3 or more people. We need to adjust the seating to ensure a smooth experience.

Q6. Can our group do different courses at the same time?

(Example: Children do Hand-building / Adults do Electric Wheel)
Yes, it is possible! Since the booking form only allows one course selection, please contact us in advance to arrange multiple courses.

Q7. What is your cancellation policy?

・Up to 3 hours before: No cancellation fee.
・Less than 3 hours or No-show: 100% of the fee.
・Exemptions apply for natural disasters or unforeseen emergencies.
